How do I purchase stock from Frame24?You can either buy stock online or by sending us an email and we can send you a quote. Once we received payment for the stock we send it out on the next available courier.

Is your stock fresh?Yes, unless clearaly stated in our clearance section, as an official Kodak reseller, all our stock is purchased direct and stored in a climate controlled warehouse. We also buy excess stock from the end of motion picture shoots but this stock is advertised separately from the stock we buy as a reseller and can be found in our clearance section.

Is the 16mm stock suitable for shooting Super 16?Motion picture film stock is 'single perforated" and suitable for shooting either Super 16 or the Standard 16 format.

Are the 100ft lengths on daylight loading spools?Yes. We still recommend that you load in darkness.

How should I store my unexposed film?For general storage, store unexposed camera films at 13°C (50°F) or lower. For periods exceeding six months, store unexposed camera films at -18°C (0°F) or lower. Before loading into a camera film should be at room temperature. Film that is exposed, we recommend you send as soon as possible to the lab for processing.

How much film do I require?Please click here for a link to the Kodak film calculator which can work out exactly how much film you need: Roughly there are 10 minutes in 400ft of 16mm and 2.5 minutes in 100ft. There are roughly 3.5 minutes in a 400ft roll of 35mm.

What payment methods can I use?You can find a list of the payment methods we accept in the shopping cart during the purchase process. Our servers encrypt all information submitted to them, so you can be confident that your payment information will be kept safe and secure. We accept all major credit cards (except American Express) and also payment via BAC transfer. You can either pay online or over the phone.

Can I get a copy of my invoice?We will automatically email you a copy of your invoice, should you require another copy then please just email us and we will send you one.

Do I have to pay VAT?All UK customers have to pay VAT which is currently 20%. EU customers also have to pay VAT unless they are business who is registered for VAT in their own country and can provide a valid number. There is a request on the checkout process for your EU VAT number. All customers based outside of the EU do not have to pay VAT but local taxes may apply.

Is my item tracked?All stock, even lighter items sent by Royal Mail postal service are tracked.

How do UK deliveries work?All Standard UK deliveries are sent via DPD courier service. If you order before 2pm on a working day we send the stock out the same day for a next day delivery. You can pay extra and choose to have your delivery pre 10:30am or pre 12noon, we also offer a Saturday delivery service and these extra selections can be chosen at checkout. On the morning of your expected delivery, once he has loaded his van and worked out his route, the driver will text you with your estimated delivery slot - you can at this point choose to have a different day or to have the parcel left with a neighbour or to collect it from a local pick up point. If you miss the text and are not at home the driver will leave a card try and redeliver on the next working day. If you need a sameday delivery we can also this for you - please contact us direct for prices.

How do International deliveries work?We use a varity of carriers for our international deliveries, lighter items also have the opiton of the international postal service. You will be emailed with a tracking number direct from our logisitics provider, Diamond.

What is the cut off time for the couriers?International and UK couriers collect from Frame24 around 2pm on working days only.

If I live outside of the UK do I have to pay custom fees?If you live outside the UK, custom and tariff fees may apply according to your country's import laws. These fees are not collected by Frame24, and Frame24 does not have control of these fees. We do supply the shippers with all the correct paperwork required to import the film.

Is my delivery time 100% guraranteed?Most of our deliveries arrive when anticipated and we are very happy with the service that our chosen couriers provide. However, they cannot guarantee 100% that your delivery will arrive when stipulated. We always recommend that you try and order your stock allowing extra time should a delivery be delayed, under their terms and conditions, couriers and Frame24 cannot be held responsibile for any consequential loss arising from a late delivery,

Can I provide my own hard drive to the lab?Yes, however, there is no guarantee against defects or the failure of your hard drive.

What size of hard drive do I need?We suggest a ratio of 10GB per 100ft.

Do Frame24 offer a process paid package with 8mm stock?We don't offer a proces paid deal with our 8mm stock, we recommend that you contact On8mil for this.
